History
I grew up in Calgary, an Albertan at heart through and through, loves everything the province has offered and what I’ve grown up with. I moved at the age of 15 to one of the most marginalized and closed countries of Northern Cyprus, it had changed a myriad of perspectives for me in my life and helped shape my worldview. Having completed high school in a much more challenging academic curriculum from that I was used to and immersing in some of these courses in another language taught me to be resilient and adaptive. Having enrolled in the first 2 years of university shortly after in Northern Cyprus gave me an open world to meeting other expats and professors hailing from various parts of the world that also helped with shaping my ability to adapt even more. I completed my major in International Relations at the University of Calgary in 2002.
Shortly after graduation I moved to the Netherlands and immersed in culture and language in a continent that I have always dreamed of going to. The career path eventually took me to Subcontracts Administration in the Oil and Gas and Power industries.
I bought a condo in Canmore in 2013 which landed me a semi permanent move to the Bow Valley as well as a change in career eventually in 2016 exploring an avenue at the ski resorts engaging visitors in interpretive guiding. I owned and managed my condo as a short term rental property for 4 years gaining me an experience in knowing the properties and the neighborhoods in Canmore and area all the while juggling a full time job back in Calgary.
I currently live in Three Sisters and love the area.
When I’m not working, I love to road and mountain bike, ski, travel, read, debate, go watch flamenco shows, bagpipes and everything Scottish. I have a proven track record of a solid work ethic, I’m personable and do have a passion to see clients satisfied with their investment in a home.
